We are a family run business with years of experience in arable and livestock farming.
Pigs have been on our farm for generations and our son has been breeding Oxford Sandy & Black pigs for the last 5 years. They are reared outdoors where they are free to roam and dig as they wish and they sleep on straw in big pig arks. Outdoor bred pork offers a much more succulent flavour than their commercial counterparts.
We first started selling sausages, burgers, joints and bacon from our pigs but when it came time to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday we hired a hog roast, used our own pork and following amazing feedback regarding the taste and quality of our meat we decided to purchase our own hog roast machine. Since then we've hosted and catered for a number of Hog Roast Parties locally - all of which have met with similar feedback.
We hold a 5 star Food Hygiene Certificate, a Food Safety for Catering Certificate and we're fully covered by public liability insurance.
